This is a very nice set and it looks great.  However, on opening the outer packaging, i was extremely disappointed to discover that the seals on the lid of the set box were all undone.  This means that undoubtably this had been sent to another customer who must have returned it.  The lid had not even been refastened.When I place an order I expect to receive it in pristine condition and not an item that has previously been opened and maybe even been used.I contemplated returning the item, but being physically disabled and taking into account the recent bad weather, I did not relish a trip to the post office.  So I have reluctantly decided to keep it.But I remain very very disappointed.R. McCallum
