Nice clean chain oil. Needed for my Battery powered chain saw. Works fine.

When you have a craftsman electric chainsaw you get the Bar & Chain oil that keeps it worker properly even after 18 years when it's been sitting for 5 years straight. Had a Sweet gum tree that was dead and decided to fall over about half way up and bounced off a neighbors fence . I pulled the old saw out, adjusted the chain saw 1/10th of the oil left and filled her up and got to it carving up the truck into luggable pieces. Before I started I ordered more as this is the lifesblood of an electric saw, not much regular maintenance required beyond getting the proper oil.

I'm a first-time chainsaw owner as I needed to remove parts of a stump from my front yard in the late summer. It's an electric Craftsman v20, and unfortunately, I wasn't smart and didn't put any oil in before using it the first time. The saw gave me no issues, but I think that's because there was a little factory lube. I wanted to use Craftsman brand bar & chain oil since that's the tool I have, so I ordered some here on Amazon (wasn't available at my local hardware store). The first job I used after filling the reservoir, I could see a nice even coat all along the chain as I worked, so it's doing what it's supposed to do!

This is a good bar and chain oil for any chainsaw. Always check your chain oil levels before each use. This stuff can make all the difference in the world and extend the life of your saws.
