Are these still OK to wear after large leak, or do they feel uncomfortably wet?

Very absorbent, not uncomfortable when wet, however, i would still recommend a change as soon as possible,

How do these feel to wear? I cant wear pads or liners as i find them itchy so wondering if these feel just like normal pants or are quite thick &heavy
