I recommend shaking them before opening to re-distribute the oil & seasonings. If you like a wet tuna salad, add a teaspoon of mayo or olive oil. I usually have 2 for lunch since I'm on a low carb eating plan. For crunch, I eat it with celery or cucumber sticks so I don't miss crackers or bread at all!! Try them!!
