This bath salt really helps relieve my sore muscles. I'm not sure if it's the Arnica or the dead Sea salt in it makes a big difference compared to plain epsom salt but this definitely works better and I don't need to use as much of this compared to the epsom salt. It is lightly scented so it doesn't trigger my migraines.

These are some of the best salts I’ve ever used. I workout daily with a HIIT workout and sometimes have some very sore muscles. I’ve tried lots of different salts, and these are by far the best I’ve ever used. I was extremely sore when I used these. The smell is amazing and they dissolved quickly in the water. The next day I was not sore at all.

Disappointed. I love this product line so I was very excited to use this when it arrived. The smell is great but does is not strong enough to be noticed once mixed in the water and it does effectively treat aches and pains. However, it is very clumpy and does not dissolve well at all. Also the directions state to use 2 scoops but no scoop provided so your guess is as good as mine on how much to actually put in.

Smells great in the jar but can't smell it at all during the actual bath. Like others have said, mine came seeming like moisture had got to it so there's one hard rock surrounding by salt. I'll need to use a butter knife or something to break it up. Directions say two scoops but it doesn't come with a scoop so I have no idea how much to actually use. Overall I'll use this jar but won't buy again

This is my first time trying this type of product. I've used bath bombs but they are a bit costly. I have used bubble bath but they dry my skin. Figured I would try this. I cant compare to other bath salts but what I can say is this was was comfortable and relaxing and left my skin feeling good. It also smells real nice.

The product is just what it proclaims to be: an excellent blend of salts that refreshes and reinvigorates. We enjoyed using it, and felt fantastic afterwards.

This product has great natural and organic ingredients. The addition of arnica for aching muscles is wonderful. I only wish it came in a bigger package. The directions say to use 1-2 scoops, but I find that bath salts are more effective when you use about a cup per bath. If I used this product in that quantity, this would only make two baths. If used as directed, it will last much longer.

I loved how you can relax and it helps to reduce the soreness of you muscles. I am on my feet most of the day so to be able to soak with these and have it help is amazing.
