Poor design
It’s as if the designers never field tested this stand. The ratchet strap is way to long and all other straps are way to short. This does not fit trees larger than a telephone pole which defeats the purpose of having a ladder stand. I had to purchase and make my own straps to fit larger trees. Getting something so simple so wrong is why I’m giving it a poor rating.

The perfect ladder stand for bow hunting
I hunted out of my buddies stand which was this exact model . I liked it so much I ordered 2 of them for myself . The stand is very sturdy and exceptionally well made with quality metal and finish.

Beyond mad
Box was delivered in horrible position tears and holes. Parts missing for assembly. Tried returning won't accept box in the condition it's in like that's not their fault. Don't make boxes big enough to return. Tried calling customer service rude can't sent me spare parts without an old email conformation that I can't find. For anyone that wants to have the worst time and worst customer service experience I highly recommend this product!
