Been Eating it Forever on my Salad
I've been eating the non-fortified version for a few years now. It is more flavorful than the fortified and still has B vitamins. It's a great way to get vitamins since I don't eat grains anymore. I put it on my salad daily. Delicious!

Metallic smell and taste
I purchased this brand because Frontier co-op no longer sells a non fortified nutritional yeast and I cannot tolerate added B vitamins. I was disappointed in the flavor of this brand as I has a strong metallic smell and has a bite to it. Not the smooth umami flavor of the Frontier. I will use it because I haven't found a suitable alternative at a reasonable price point.

The best nutritional yeast!
I have tried many brands of nutritional yeast, and this is my favorite, by far! It is fresh and deliciously flavorful. It is flaky and smooth, not clumpy. It is now part of my Subscribe & Save!
