But after more than a fortnight of daily use and additional reading, I find this is a good product to add to everyday supplements. Swallowing 4 tablets every day may be something you are concerned about, but one does get used to it. I did not notice any side effects that caused any concern. As this is a long term health product, I want to be sure I buy from a safe, trusted, organic source and Parry's being a well-reputed brand, I will be ordering my second bottle soon so I can continue this detox supplement every day. I don't smoke at all or drink much.
