I use these D-rings on the small handbags I create. They are perfect and durable

I only noticed after scouring the product page upon receiving a batch with one broken in the bag that the material these rings are made out of was not specified, only the "finish" was.They are a very sleek design, nice flat faces and a slim profile, but they are made out of a dirt cheap zinc alloy (see large, grey grain structure along the break line) which is known to be insanely brittle.THESE ARE NON LOAD BEARING. Do not use them for anything that will see a medium to heavy lode capacity, these rings will break before the leather or canvas dose. I cannot in good conscience use these in any of my projects as it would be duping my customers onto buying sub par products, and I am now highly suspect of all of the other products I have bought from this company.

Worked for project

Do not use for anything other than a keychain. I used these for the D ring on my dogs collar and by the 3rd day it completely broke in half and the metal pieces flew everywhere with sharp metal edges. The stitching on the collar is completely in tact, it was just the D ring that broke.

Useless. No screws very big and don’t work for purses or handbags.

These were nice looking, very shiny & sturdy. I ended up returning them because they wouldn't work with my project. If this type is what you need, do not hesitate to purchase these.
