Makes decent tasting yogurt and seemed to help me loose weight
I can say what these are like long term as I haven’t had or used them long enough but they made nice enough probiotic yogurt and I lost weight while taking it so I’ve no complaints.

The most clinically proven specific strain probiotic in human RCT studies hard to find specific strains like this. But well worth it as 99% have zero Clinically significant benefits. This does.

Easy to take probiotic and hope it helps with my IBS-C
This probiotic is easy to take and to swollow but I haven't been taking it for long enough to see the beneits in my gut symptoms.

Not for everybody
I tried this 2 times a day 30 minutes before a meal as directed for 2 days but it gave me horrible cramps and diarrhea. The next day I stopped and the symptoms disappeared. Shame as these aren't cheap either.

This one strand is a game changer for me. I started researching single stands and tried this and wow. More effective than expensive brands too. I had SIBO and treated it and thus has helped even with inulin (which isn't recommended with sibo ) glad I took a chance. Good for slow digesters and hypothyroid in my opinion.

El producto llego antes de lo esperado y en buen estado. Solo llevo una semana tomandolo entonces es muy pronto para calificarlo. Lo compré porque me lo recomendaron para repararar las mucosas intestinales tras un tratamiento de antibioticos por el helicobacter. De momento noto menos malestar que antes de tomarlo
