Best bottle really love it

I carry this everywhere! It's great keeps the liquid hot, and once you get the hang of using it without scalding oneself it's indispensable. Plus steel is easy to clean and maintain. We all need to do our bit for the environment, stop using takeaway cups, carry your own Travel mug and water bottles cheers

Awesome product

Leaks heat through the plastic cap so not as efficient as a true vacuum flask so will not hold heat as well as one with a well insulated cap. However, the large opening allows for easy cleaning and stirring with a tea spoon. Also, be very careful drinking hot liquids from the spout, you can burn your mouth as the cap does not provide for a small reservoir to drink from but you drink direct from the spout. Apart from these design flaws, it's a good; well made product etc.

Received it on time and well packed. Using it and very practical. I do not have any problems - its almost 1+ month of usage

I have spent many hours researching travel mugs, so I could finally have a leak free hot latte every morning when I commute to work. This was the winner. With this leak free AUTO SEAL mechanism , a Mercedes of coffee mugs. It was expensive too, minimum £25 so I decided to wait an order one on AMAZON US half the price including the delivery . I even ordered extra one for my partner. While I was waiting I bought a budget HIWILL Double Walled Vacuum Insulated Travel Coffee Mug, for ten pounds. I chose the smaller size for my son and was using it while waiting for Contigo. Yes it was too small for a large latte but leak proof and hot for hours!!! When contigo 2.0 arrived it was impressive but heavy. The auto seal works well and it's easy to clean. It's bigger than Hiwill but that's what I wanted, Unfortunately coffee loose the temperature very quickly. Having been using the hiwill I could feel huge difference. No more hot coffee on my desk when I arrive to work. So disappointed....I am considering sending them back , but it will be to US ... UPDATE: After few hit and misses with latte temperature and rinsing the cup with boiling water to make it hot I have no issues with the right temperature for at least 3 hours ! A win!

I love this so much that I keep offering to buy them for my friends! In trying to avoid single-use plastics, lots of companies are marketing travel cups but some of them get used a couple of times and then are binned as they leak/don't keep the drink warm/break easily/can't be cleaned. So I did my research and read that this cup was different! I'm delighted with this cup. The body is steel (I'm happy it's not plastic) and the double walled insulation works brilliantly. It keeps my tea hot for about 5 hours. If I want to drink the tea very soon, I need to leave the lid off while the tea brews to cool slightly. I can be a bit clumsy so it's really helpful that this cup never leaks. You can drop it or turn it upside down and the autolock mechanism works perfectly. You have to press the button while sipping - it's very easy to use. I like this size of cup - it's equivalent to a large mug of tea The lid can be washed on top shelf of dishwasher and the metal cup needs to be washed by hand.

They are the best in my veiw to have as a coffee cup. The West Loop holds the heat, does not leak at any angle. You can get spare parts for them at a reasonable price. The west loop lid can go in the top shelf of a dish washer but the cup needs to be washed by hand as the colour can come off.

il m'accompagne tous les jours au travail et me permets même de ne plus boire mon café froid à la maison (vous savez la tasse que vous faite réchauffer sans cesse car vous n'avez pas le temps d'arriver au bout entre vos diverses activités comme le ménage, la lessive, ranger la chambre des enfants...). Il se lave facilement et il est beau. Heureusement mon mari n'est pas jaloux de lui.

I've had this for 4 years now, and just bought a larger size. This is perfect if you'd want to ensure that the contents don't spill in you purse or bag. I have the white with teal, which is a really pretty combination as well, but the white color has chipped a bit over the years (and droppings). It will stay hot for hours Highly recommend.
