Great Device - May need a jumper for Apple Devices
I wanted a way to connect multiple devices to a high powered wall adapter, and these fit the bill perfectly. I was able to charge several devices just by connecting the + and - wires from the 3a/5v wall adapter I was using to the +/- ports in the green plug. Curiously, Apple devices would not charge with this setup. Finally I found some info that apparently Apple devices look for certain voltages between 2v and 3v on the D-/D+ lines to determine a charger's amp capability. If those lines are open, the device won't charge. While you can use a voltage divider setup that is more complicated, the simpler solution is just to short D-/D+ with a jumper wire. This causes the Apple device to charge up to its full charge capability. Just beware that depending on how many devices you use, you could exceed the capacity of your wall adapter. I found the Apple Watch 6 took .5a, iPad Air 4 .95a, and iPhone 12 .7a but your mileage may vary. Great device!

Great way to replace a worn USB connector!
I have two $900 industrial devices that have attached USB plugs. The plugs are hard-wired to the device; there aren't replaceable USB cords like most things. The existing USB plugs wore out and didn't make a working connection to the associated computer, so the devices had become worthless. These Screw Terminal Block Connectors saved the devices from trash can! I cut off the damaged connectors and stripped the very fine wires, (4 wires plus a braided sheath). I had to play detective to figure out which wire went to which terminal, but I figured it out by examining the old connectors.Once I got the wires connected, they worked perfectly and the two USB devices work again! The adaptors shipped promptly and were well packaged. One caveat: The original, very small gauge wires originally had the protection and reinforcement of the rubbery cable jacket. You lose this when you have to go to these adaptors. I fashioned a cable strain relief with electrical tape - without that tape the wires would probably break off in with normal use of the devices.

Good hobbyiest Tool
I been using this unit to power four Raspberry Pi Pico with no issue. This unit's quality appear to be good and the screw terminals make connections easy. This is much better then me cutting up a USB cable to get my son's various computer projects powered-up.I would recommend this unit.

Works Great in a Pinch
I broke a set of headphones a while back and didn't want to spend a whole lot on a soldering station. Grabbed these guys and was able to at least get the headset working again without a lot of time/money investment. I will be making sure to have some more of these on hand because they are just really handy to have.

What a lifesaver... Get these....
If you have to prototype things with USB, you know how finicky and tiny the wires are. This takes all that soldering and aggravation out of the equation. Just screw in the wires and use it. Great time saver. They are a little bulky and I'm not sure I would use them in a final design, but for mock ups you can't beat these.

Worked well to protect my 3d printer from blowing up my octopi
I used these to safely disconnect the power wire from a USB cable to great effect. The 3D printer I have (Creality CR6-SE) will fry components due to poor design when the power wire in a USB cable isn't disconnected. I liked using this part to do it so I had a really secure and reliable way to do this rather than adding tape to the pin inside the plug or cutting into the middle of the wire and messing around with the sleeve of the cable.

No more hacked up cables
I got fed up when I needed a quick breakout or custom USB cable and this fit the bill. Terminal blocks make is quick and easy to test or cobble together a cable - the terminal block even pops off of the connector part to make it more convenient. Obviously bigger and heavier than a regular connector, which in combination with the USB connector being slightly small means it falls out easily when plugged in.

Works well
Worked well fir replacing a damaged USB. Mine was only a 2 wire connection which was easy to identify which wires go where. Covered whole connection with heat shrink. Easy repair.
