I was very concerned when I received the product because the lid was all dented and it looked like it had falling off a truck. I was considering sending it back because of that. But once I got through the packaging which was also battered, beaten and dirty, and the damaged lid, the product inside seemed fine. I do like the smoothness of this product and it does seem to hydrate well and absorbs quickly. So after I have an opportunity use it for more than a few days I may update this review but so far I do like the product. I have been a long time K Laboratories user, and with the unreliability of that product I was looking for an alternative.
