Easy to stack and they hold a lot of stuff.

Because it's not listed elsewhere, the bin dimensions are: Product Depth (in.) 19.875 Product Height (in.) 15.5 Product Width (in.) 14.75 I ordered these 24 bins for moving, instead of using cardboard boxes (this way I can use them for storage afterwards). Of the 24 I ordered, 3 came with broken lid clasps on one side (one of the two pins on the clasp was sheared off, this has been noted before by other reviewers for the same model) 6 came package in such a way that they looked previous used (one of these 6 was broken beyond use). The bins came in 4 large boxes, with 6 bins/lids per box. I contacted the company directly and they are shipping me replacement bins. They responded in a few minutes and were very easy to work with. I'm extremely pleased with their professional and quick communication, which is why I'm not deducting stars for the shipping snafu. The damage was out of their hands and was resolved to my satisfaction. Actual product review: The lid clasps could be designed a little better, but other than that I don't have any complaints. The bins were able to handle the stress of moving perfectly fine and no lid clasps have broken off. I haven't seen any cracks. These bins are decently ridgid, and handle being stacked well, even when loaded to capacity. They are comfortable to lift when loaded, and lifting doesn't put strain on the lid clasps. The bins were large enough for most of my things, and I was able to fill most to just about capacity. Overall the bins served me well and fit my needs. I'm excited I'll finally be able to have a good means to organize my large amount of random stuff. I have not received any discounts for this product and this is, to the best of my ability, an honest review.

Just love these for storing my mounds and mounds of fabric. I love the snap close lid (though the handles will snap off if you try to stuff the bin too full). Fits really well on the shelves I use and I love that they are see through. I'll be buying more for sure. Update: I've been using these for about 6 months and still love them. Occasionally the little click handles on the side fall off, leaving the top fairly useless since it won't seal without it, but all in all, still a fan.

5 of the 6 arrived in great shape. Like many others, the bottom one was shattered badly enough to make it completely unusable. Sterilite really needs to change how they package these for shipping. I saw in the reviews that some of the sellers replaced it without the buyer having to send back the damaged items. Sadly, I didn't get that option so I have to pack up all 6 and lug the big box back to the UPS Store (normal for returns, I know, but it would have been nice to not have to make the trip.) I have purchased the 25 qt bins before and they held up pretty well as my boys' toy storage - pretty good since the kids are not exactly gentle. I purchased more 25 qt plus these 50 qt to add more toy storage, plus storage for our camping gear, etc. If the bins can survive shipping, they are pretty durable, especially for translucent bins, and it is nice to be able to see what is inside. They stack nicely, which is great for the toy room and for the garage.

Nice containers but they need to shipped in sturdier boxes or have some packing cushion added. What a waste. I only deducted one star because I got a refund for the broken item.

Amazingly strong for the price!

Got both sizes of totes now. The recent one was the bigger size for the shelves and they came GREAT! I really like how high they are and how they fit in the shelf and don't stick out. I have pretty much the whole set. I have the 5 shelf, the 2 door cabinet, both tote sizes and even the 4 drawer. I won't go with anything but sterilite. I have other totes they make as well and my storage is so organized and they stack so great. Really recommend them.

The 2 boxes of six 50-Quart Storage Containers arrived promptly. However, due to insufficient packaging by the manufacturer (Sterilite) 4 of the 12 containers arrived broken; 3 in one box and 1 in the other box; 1/3 of the product is damaged!! In order to get a replacement or a refund, ALL 12 have to be returned and I have to haul the 2 huge, heavy boxes to UPS. Potential problem: product arrived in TWO boxes of 6, but I was only issued ONE return label. Not sure that's going to work. Needless to say, I will not reorder as there's no guarantee they next ones won't arrive broken as well. Very disappointed. They are unavailable to buy locally.

I like the product however one of the bins and handles were cracked so I cannot really use it for secure storage.

One of the 6 boxes was cracked and had a broken latch. I'd like to exchange it but the only option seemed to be shipping them all back for a refund, which is less than ideal as I've already used the good bins. Otherwise product is adequate and as-advertised.

Totes received are solid and well constructed. However two arrived with broken handles. A little disappointing

Great product, but one of the six came with an upper corner shattered.
