Inositol (Myo-Inositol) 500mg x 90 Capsules

I don't really leave reviews normally but I felt obliged to leave this as it's quite personal and may help someone else.. I was undecided about ordering these as I wasn't sure they would make any difference and it would be another dead end.. I am so glad I gave them a go! I have PCOS and a few other fertility related health issues.. I was told that I was probably only going to get pregnant through IVF, and that would only ne a slim chance. I started taking these and changed my diet on 1st Feb, I stopped taking them in April as I had some tests and I stupidly thought they may affect it.. I found out 2 weeks later that I was pregnant.. I unfortunately miscarried but I think that was due to stopping these. Anyway, I now swear by them, I would and have recommended them to friends of mine. I also lost weight, feel 10 x better with my moods, have more energy, my skin improved... there have been nothing but benefits from them! (I have done diets before but never had results like this) Everybody is different but I just couldn't not leave a personal review as some other reviews were what swayed me to try... and after 20 years of negative news I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere!

I definitely felt like they made a difference and contributed towards conceiving successfully.

Taking these for my acne prone skin. Easy to take & seeing some minor improvements.

Excellent product, highly recommend if you have problem with your period and pco. It does help, but you needs to take regularly and allow three months at to see the benefits. If you do not take it regularly, as with anything else there is no beneficial value.

Daughter had this, said didn’t help her anxiety

Tablets are fine, easy to take, no flavour. However I got these to help with my PCOS but I now know that for PCOS you need a powder version of myo-inositol, not tablets.
