Tiny, easy-to-take tablets have a pleasant, slightly tangerine flavor. A tablet dissolves quickly on the tongue (though I suppose it would be easy to swallow whole with a sip of water if you're so inclined). This larger dose of vitamin D (5,000 IU) is difficult to find in stores and likely to be expensive if you can find it. Price is very fair. Judging from my experience, the medical quality and potency are good, allowing me to maintain a steady, normal blood level of vitamin D. The doctor offered to write an Rx for this dosage so I could have insurance pay for it. I much prefer the ease and freedom of buying TwinLab Mega D3 5,000 IU Dots over the hassle of dealing with Rx renewals, insurance companies (and their errors), not knowing what kind of a whopping horse-pill I might get, etc. I whole-heartedly recommend TwinLab Dots.

I purchase these because I purchased another type of vitamin D liquid gel and it made me nauseous. I looked for the tiniest vitamin D I could find. I was diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency he and was told that vitamin D3 was the best. When I sucked on these for the first time it felt great. Like I was absorbing something that I really needed. They also have a really pleasant citrus flavor that unless you dislike oranges most people will love it. I also love that I only have to take one of these and I get all that I need. I took a picture of them next to Tylenol to give you an idea of their scale.

My D levels went from 11 to 75 - pretty much entirely because of this particular product. Prescription D is generally D2, which is not useful for people, especially those with severe deficiencies. Then I was prescribed D3, which came in a capsule filled with oil. Generally, the oils they use in medications go rancid long before they reach the consumer. I reacted adversely to the oil. Then I found TwinLabs dry sublingual tabs... that was it. My levels kept going up steadily, and I now only take them once a week to maintain. Thanks for providing an astoundingly simple but superior product!

I've tried other vitamin D supplements in capsule and oil form but this is the only brand that has raised my D level and kept it in normal range. Tiny little tablet that is easy to take every day, especially if you're one who doesn't like swallowing pills. It tastes good too.

This is the only vitamin D supplement that I use. I take it sublingually and according to my doctor, this is the most effective way to get get the vitamin into your body to stop bone loss as you age.

Delicious, orange flavor, really good way to get Vitamin D. I won't use any other D3 product on the market.
