Meets expectations
I've been using this bike for substantial time to make a review. I really like the simplicity, reliability and comfortability of this bike. I ride it in any weather snow or rain (rain is the worst). You should take time for your legs to get used to this exercise. Being consistent and resisting to use a car for commuting and choosing bike pays off with better feelings and improved cardiovascular system. I additionally bought lights for riding during dark part of the day. Driving culture in Ohio allows you to have less stress when crossing lanes or changing direction. So, my expectations are completely fulfilled buying and using this bike. Rotating parts are not playing or shaking so far. Btw, the assembling the bike was easy. All essential parts were assembled and tightened properly. You just put wheels, handlebars and rack on their places. Of course it takes some attention to put it the right way. There's only one small thing I wish (during rain) this bike had, that is fenders. They are not needed during normal days. And even during rain I just accepted that this is ok to get some spots or bigger areas of dirty on your clothes (depends on how carefully you bike). Overall, this purchase met all my expectations.

Comfortable! I can sit up and leisurely cruise the neighborhoods
I converted from my mountain bike to this bike since I'm now 55 and hate stooping over. I read reviews of a similar cruising bike and how they picked this one due to the seat being more comfortable and I agree. The seat is very wide, soft and has springs. The seat and handlebars are adjustable so I can sit upright. It reminds me of all the basic, throwaway bicycles in Amsterdam that people ride. (That's a whole story there) It has a flat black powder coat paint that looks classic with the whitewall tires. It just feels comfortable riding with the handlebars up higher. It's perfect for 30 min. bike ride around the neighborhoods. I got the basic since we live in the flat plains and have no significant hills. I would get the 3 or 5 adjustable gear if you have hills since there is some effort to begin pedaling with the basic, like is in a medium gear otherwise. But it is comfortable to pedal down the street, not spinning your legs too fast like in a low gear. Took me 50 minutes to unpack and put together with basic tools but they include some cheap, throwaway ones that would work. The chain was already put on the sprockets with I really appreciated! It seems the handlebars could have a better lockdown mechanism since I tightened pretty good and they still moved down a little when I pushed off to ride. I didn't want to over tighten and strip threads but I will try more. Only thing that really concerns me long term. I would give a 4.5 because I'm picky. For the price, this is really a great bike and comfortable! Hate to admit I'm aging and though fit, I'm more concerned about comfort on my neck and back to stay exercising and the mountain bike was keeping me from wanting to ride. This is perfect for just cruising, gets me some cardio and looks classic. Bravo. **Update** I added black fenders as a after purchase add on as I was getting splatter from early morning sprinkler water in street gutters and makes it look even more 50's retro look and they function great!

Stylish, Cost-effective, Fun
It's a good bike! I'm a college student who uses this bike to commute to work and school, as well as to the grocery store elsewhere in an urban center. It's cost-effective—for this price, you won't get anything that looks or rides better. Assembly was easy, for my 26-inch one-speed. Make sure to screw on the handlebars real tight. Questions that I had that I can answer now: 1. Can you attach extras to this (sidebags for groceries, bells, baskets, etc)? Yes. It's a good and sturdy frame that comes with a bike rack. Anything you buy on Amazon or at a bike shop should fit this. 2. How's assembly? Easy! Comes with all the tools you need and more... was honestly surprised but this comes with a multitool and 3 allen wrenches. Pretty cool and fun, took me less than 2 hours and I was also watching TV. 3. How's the riding? Alright. It rides pretty well and smooth, but being a one-speed it doesn't have much power and doesn't feel great uphill or in bad weather. Or in wind. You do get what you pay for, though. For on flat ground, it's great.

Sturdy and beautiful
Stylish and beautiful, this bike is also sturdy enough to support a bike engine kit. I recommend a better seat for comfort and fenders for a classier beach vehicle look. I also recommend a front brake too because you only get a coaster brake. The bike I believe is steel which makes it very durable. I have had the bike for almost 2 months now and it has survived the vibration of the engine and going 30+ miles per hour. If it can survive the stresses of an engine it can surely survive a life without one and last twice as long. The paint is very good automotive style paint and resists gasoline which I have spilled on while working on it. It is a blast to work on and very easy easy to maintain bike. Props to Sixthreezero for making a quality bike. Update: been about 4 months of hard abuse off-road and on road and constant gasoline spilling on it while refilling. The only maintenance thing I did was clean a repack the wheel bearing with high temp grease. ( highly recommended Lucas bearing grease) Tightened a few bolts and readjust the coaster brake and fix a flat tire that was caused by a nail. I have gone atleast 100 miles on it now from daily riding. Still very sturdy no cracks from engine vibration and NO RUST!! An added bonus too. Six three zero actually contacted me and asked me how my bike was doing. This shows how much this company cares for their customers and how much they stand by their products. I would give this company 6 stars if I could

cruiser getting worse 3-24-24
Edit#2, 3-24-24.. sadly I was correct about the non-existent customer service from the company No response to direct emails. The bike is starting to rust and I have to straighten the alignment of the handlebars to the forks a lot. The kick stand is sticking in the up position and is a bit too short. This bike is fine, however I have a classic Cali cruiser that I bought a decade ago and it's slightly longer and the seat height is an inch or so shorter than the 630 around the block cruiser. The bike feels a little awkward by comparison to my old one. To be fair I bought an E-Cruiser recently and it's almost identical in configuration to the 630 except it's powered. It feels like a 3\4 scale. The paint finish is very thin and fragile, scratches quite easily and shows fingerprints and spots on the matte frame finish and even on the high gloss goose neck. I scratched mine just sliding the handle bar assembly together. The seat springs are weak, I'm close to the max weight for this bike but even my 80lb kid said it sags to the back. The front wheel took some fiddling because it was tracking off center. Had to put a lot of torque to the goose neck handlebar Allen screw to tighten it to a point where the bars wouldn't move. The pedals feel warped, up and down as I pedal the bike, it's very distracting so say the least. Since all bikes are made by our eastern neighbors, I guess you get what you get when they make 2 million of them a year. I could have spent a lot more for the same bike at a local shop but they didn't want my money. Edit: there were several cards in the box with the bike and assembly instructions, one card advertised a "free bell" if you send an email to dustingATsixthreezeroDotCom of your Amyzoon revue. I sent them an email, That was 2 days ago and zero response. Makes me wonder what their customer support is like!?!?!?

Great value for a beach cruiser - durable, easy to assemble
I was looking for an affordable single speed cruiser so I could ride with my children, and I narrowed my choice to this bike, and a Firmstrong at the same price point. The only con I could find with this was lack of color options, but the addition of the rear rack/pannier platform tipped the scales for me. This bike arrived in a couple days packed in a box within a box. No damage whatsoever, and it was packaged very securely. The only hiccup in the assembly process was that the handlebar gooseneck was so tight that the only way I could loosen it was using a 6MM ratchet. But the bike went together super fast, instructions were idiot-proof, and the quality of the components and frame was pretty good. The only area of annoyance that I had was getting the front wheel to stop wobbling. It had a defined wobble when I'd spin it, and it took some trial and error (and a spoke wrench) to tighten some spokes and wham! The wobble went away. It rides nicely, the upright posture is like music for my back, and it's a blank slate when it comes to customization, so the sky is the limit for this bike. If you are looking for a low-cost beach cruiser that is no frills, cool, and durable for overall general riding, this is the bike. I've put probably 100 miles on it in the couple of weeks I've had it, and no issues yet. As for sizing, I'm 6 foot, 240 pounds, and the bike doesn't feel small in the least, and it handles my weight with no problem. Big guys, this bike won't disappoint.

Parts missing, difficult to assemble
This is a very nice looking bike and is comfortable to ride. The addition of the tools needed for assembly was nice. I liked how the opposite side of the allen wrenches were screwdrivers. It was difficult to put together for a few reasons though: First, as someone else has mentioned, it was very difficult to loosen the hex nut for the handlebars. I don't think I ever would've gotten it loose with the tools provided, but thankfully I had my own to finally get it loose. Second, the left pedal would not thread on the outside. It threaded no problem on the inside which did me no good. I finally got it to thread after pounding on it with the rubber mallet that I purchased to get the seat post out of the bicycle frame (the seat debacle was my fault :) My biggest gripe was that the front reflector hardware was missing. The reflector came attached to the handlebars with a screw, however the instructions and the advertisement show additional hardware that mounts the reflector to a hole (that's definitely there) above the front tire. Lastly, the instructions are very generic for all the different models so they were somewhat confusing when I was trying to figure out why I have additional parts (that I didn't end up using) and also when I was trying to figure out what parts I was missing. Again, the bike is nice and comfortable, but a little more attention to detail in the QA process would go a long way. Also, keep in mind that the tires don't come aired up completely so you'll need a bicycle pump before you ride.

Exactly as shown!
The Around the Block Men's 26" 21-speed in matte black looks fantastic in person! I was excited to receive the box, it arrived a week later than suggested, and when it did it was lying on its side when the box clearly has 'top' with an arrow pointing, this I believe, was the reason for the slightly bent front rim I found in the box. (Canada Post issue?) The bike was carefully padded in the box and it almost took longer removing the foam and plastics than assembly of the bike! There was a coloured assembly booklet with very clear instructions. The bike was advertised as 'comes 85% assembled' and it was. You just need to assembly the front tire, remove and adjust the front brakes pad assembly, the handlebars (which have the gear changer/front and back brake levers placed on the inside for transport), seat and rear rack. The handlebar gear/brake lever placement was odd, there wasn't anything in the booklet about this and the front brake/tire assembly cable needed to be released to get the front tire on, not hard but it would have been nice to have this done for you. Two other mechanical concerns; first the handlebars still can move even when the allen bolt to secure them from moving side to side is VERY tight; second, the Shimano gear shifter viewer to see what gear you are in, is on the handlebars and you can't see the number unless you bend far forward. I contacted sixthreezero support through email about the bent rim and they replied quickly with what they need to put it into claims and get me a replacement part. Overall a fantastic looking cruiser that I predict will get many rides in the future!
