Fits my boyfriend’s 35lb blue Heeler puppy perfectly. He gets excited to wear his “uniform”! It looks great on him as well. It is very well made, sturdy material, nice color, fits right, time will tell how well it will hold up. Highly recommend. Will purchase for my next dogs as well.

I bought this pack years ago for my 130 lb mastiff. At the time, this was the only pack I could find that would fit her measurements. It’s been through rain, snow, heat, and is now on it’s 2nd dog. That’s right, this pack outlasted my mastiff, and is now being used by our very chonky 100 lb German shepherd/bulldog mix.Although there was nothing wrong with this pack, at some point I decided we should upgrade to a pack with larger panniers and a more weatherproof fabric. The search only left me frustrated and thankful for the pack we have. I now realize how lucky we were to find this wonderful pack, and at such a bargain price.Yes, I wish the bags were larger. As is, my dog can carry 2 liters of water, 4 days of food, treats, poo bags, hand sanitizer and his food & water bowls. On day trips we sometimes skip the human pack and make the dog carry our ten essentials plus lunch for two. This pack will not fit a dog sleeping bag, unless we tie it to the top. My exhaustive search of dog backpacks has not found a better alternative with larger bags or tie downs.This pack adjusts to fit a very, very large dog, and unlike other packs, the saddle bags hang completely off to the sides, even on a very barrel-chested animal. The canvas material is so durable I think it may outlast this dog as well and end up being used by a third animal. The downside of canvas is it is a little funky when wet, and it does not dry quickly. We live in the Pacific Northwest where moisture is a part of our lives 3 seasons of the year. Not surprisingly, the pack retains some wet dog smell. Luckily though, it holds up well to washing. Since our dog also smells like wet dog when he crawls into our tent after hiking through rain or snow, I have made my peace with it.I can’t remember how many years ago we bought this dog backpack but in that amount of time I’ve gone through 2 daypacks myself and my son grew from a little kid to a man. All the zippers and connectors are still in excellent condition.2022 Update: According to Amazon, I bought this pack in September 2018. It is now March 2022. The tabs that attach the neck strap to the pack have finally given out. I plan to repair and keep using it. Seriously rugged. Buy it.

I bought this for my ~90lb German Shepherd mix for hiking, long trail walks, trips to the Farmer's Market, etc. Basically for him to carry his own poop bags and my keys/wallet and some water. The pockets are definitely a good generous size and easily fit a few water bottles. The straps on it (for a breed of his shape - deep chest, narrow waist, fluffy neck) are pretty generous and would easily fit a larger dog. I'm still having some tweaking issues trying to find the right balance of making sure it's tight enough that the pack doesn't shift, and loose enough that I don't feel like the unpadded straps are too tight to be comfortable. I did see some reviews who mentioned needing to pin the leftover strap up - I'm not sure if they've changed the design since but my pack came with elastic loops on the straps to tuck the excess into, sort of like a watch strap. Because of my dog's narrow waist, I have quiet a bit of excess on the back-most strap, but I was able to just double that excess strap back to keep it up and out of the way.The material itself feels nice and heavy like a canvas backpack. I didn't have any trouble with the zippers or the stitching, but no way would I recommend using this as a harness (I coupled this with my dog's regular collar). I feel like they're more for clipping tags/keychain-type things to. I did feel confident in using the handle to hold or pull my dog (if say he needed a boost up or we were in a crowd).I only took off a star because I feel like the neck strap is a little weird. I've seen packs that use a three way strap to connect the neck to the chest strap and that just looks like it would be more comfortable for the dog. The way this one sits, it make it difficult to get the strap adjustments just right. I ended up taking him for a quick walk so I could tweak it after he'd moved in it a bit based on where it looked like it was pulling. Otherwise, it's a great looking, solid pack and I would definitely recommend it.

me gusto mucho, es buena calidad, solo la uso para paseos en el dia a dia en la ciudad. las bolsas no son tan grandes pero es suficiente espacio para una botella de agua, tu celular, etc. lo que mas me gusto es la funcionalidad de poder utilizar la mochila para cargar cosas de mi perrita asi como algunos accesorios mios y que ahora no tengo que cargarlos yo sino ella, lo que incluso me ha ayudado con su alta energia, ya que parece que se cansa mas rapido :-)

I got 2 mediums for a cocker spaniel and a collie. I used these two bags for travelling on the Stenaline instead of me having to carry extra stuff, i managed to fit: a thin blanket in one side and 2 collapsible bowls, 1 ball and a hard chew stick, a rubber toy & poo bags. Heavy enough for my two dogs to carry.The back pack itself has made a wonderful difference on my bigger dog as he’s reactive to a handful of things like other male dogs with a bit of weight in each pouch he seem to be much calmer and allowed another dog to greet him.The straps themselves are very sturdy but I’ve noticed the strap that goes over the chest does become loose after a while but I’ve 2 dogs who pull a lot.Overall love the backpacks seem to be durable so far no issues, get plenty in each side, strong enough material, would defo buy again.
